HISTORICAL BUILDING IN ODERZO

In the heart of Oderzo, along the central street Via Garibaldi, lined by the main frescoed buildings of the city, stands a beautifully renovated historical building.

The exterior façade is enriched by original fresco of the ancient Roman Opitergium, carefully recovered and restored under the supervision of the department for monuments and historical buildings. During the renovation work, ancient plasters riddled with holes were discovered and subsequently cleaned and restored with high-quality systems and products.

The roof was completely renovated, maintaining the original exposed beams, while a very charming “internal garden” was recreated on the first floor, covered by a steel and glass structure.

The building is unfinished, therefore entirely customizable.
